I wanted to tell you what wonderful products the 1-2-3 Original appears to be. My parents built their home about 26 years ago and used your products in the dining room with high traffic. To this day, the floor looks beautiful. Mom adds another coat of step 3 every year or so. The smell isn't obnoxious and she doesn't have to sand.
In contrast, My husband and I refinished hardwood floors 6 months ago and used a polyurethane finish. There are scratches everywhere.
When I went to our local lumber yards/ home remodeling stores, I couldn't find your products! The quality, ease, and durability of your products shouldn't be kept a secret!
